Can someone come with me when I do the therapy?

Over the course of your treatment, you will be in the care of our team at Evolution MET. It is helpful to build trust with your therapist but some people may find that they feel more comfortable if they bring a support person to the first session. You will need someone to drive you home after dosing days and stay with you overnight. The program can be an intense experience and the need for support when you return home, while you are completing the program is important and will be discussed with you.

With your permission, we can provide communication and support for your existing therapist about medicine work and your experience so that they can continue to work with you on your ongoing recovery on completion and should you need additional support during the program. Our clinicians may be able to provide additional support during the program but are not able to provide extended therapy on an ongoing basis after completion. If you don't already have a therapist, we may be able to help you with finding a suitable clinician that you can start to work with prior to starting and following your completion of the Evolution program.
